Halloween is going to be here before we know it and I need to plan what we are going to dress up as, and where we are going to go trick or treating since we don’t live in town. So many decisions and so little time! Well, actually months but we also have Adella’s birthday at the beginning of October and we all know how fast time goes.
So on to those awesome Halloween Costumes, I wish I had the time, energy, and knowledge to make our own costumes but I don’t and I know so many of you don’t either! Thankfully they make costumes for everything now, it is just a matter of finding it!

Toddler Halloween Costumes
This age is so fun as they are just really getting in to dressing up and being able to express what they want to be and what kind of things they like. We honestly haven’t dressed up the girls at all but Adella will be 3 this year and I just know she will love it!
Maybe you don’t want to dress up for Halloween but want some fun outfits for dress up! This time of year is the perfect time to stock up for dress up play! Imaginative play so such a fun time and it is so important to allow our children to explore their imagination.
Superhero Halloween Costumes
Batman and Robin have always been my favorite little boy costumes and I think they would make the perfect sibling costumes. And if you are crafty you could make their wagon or stroller look like the Batmobile!
Captain America is such a fun looking costume and it would be a great craft to work together and make his shield. While it won’t be perfect the pride that would come from making it yourselves would be worth it! Not to mention what is Captain America with out his shield? And those shields you can buy can get pricey.
POWER RANGERS! Man as a kid who grew up in the 90’s this would have been the most amazing Halloween costume! My mom usually just put ours together, I was a hobo one year and it was pretty epic I won’t lie!
Sports Themed Toddler Costumes
Dottie!!! I’d like to think everyone would know who that is mostly because I am from Northern Illinois so the movie A League Of Their Own is super near and dear to my heart, but I know
others don’t feel the same! The Rockford Peaches were a girls baseball team during WWII while the movie is totally fiction the Rockford Peaches were the best team in the league! And as a softball player it just means the world to me!
There is also a Jimmy costume so this would be another fun sibling costume idea. I almost think I want to put both my girls in a Dottie costume! They would look so stinking cute but Adella has quite the opinion and I feel like she wouldn’t be very happy with me if I made her wear it. She loves baseball but she hasn’t seen the movie and could really care less about the players.
Disney Halloween Costumes
Woody Costume and Buzz LightYear would be a great sibling costume and if you needed more costumes you could easily just keep going with the Toy Story theme for the whole family. How cute would that be! Here is a list of Toy Story costumes for the whole family.
I think my favorite Disney princess is Jasmine. Honestly I’m not sure why and my girls have never seen a princess movie so I don’t have to worry about which princess they want to be, or if the color isn’t the exact one, or her tiara isn’t right! lol
This Snow White toddler costume is the cutest thing ever! I always loved Snow White bold colored dress with her dark hair!
Oh and then there is the sweet Belle. Man as I look at these princess costumes I almost wish we were in to princesses in our house!
It can be so fun for our kids to pretend to be a princess or their favorite character.
Star Wars Toddler Costumes
Deluxe Darth Vader costume for toddler. What an awesome costume any Star Wars lover would love to wear!
Toddler Yoda costume would be just perfect since our toddlers are just the right size! I mean how cute would they be!
Man with all these Star Wars costumes you could have the whole family in the same theme! And it wouldn’t be complete with out a Chewbacca!
Are you ready for Halloween? I’d love to hear what costumes you have dressed your kids in!
