I am starting a new thing…. setting goals.
That is simple as a stay at home mom it has become so easy to just get lost in the days and just do the same thing over and over again! If you stay home you know what I mean. Sure you change things up a little but are you working towards? Bedtime! HAHA
So these goals might not be huge and I might sound stupid with some of them but I need something and someone to keep me accountable. So if you could help me with that I would be so thankful!
I now have this blog that does give me something different to work on and has been a blessing these last 4 months! I would like to hope one day it could help financially! That is my long term goal!
Personal Goals for August
- Save $100
- Drop 5 pounds
- Cut out some carbs
- Clean out the “office”
- Get rid of some of the girls clothes
- Clean out the car
- Enjoy my birthday! AHHH here comes 28
- Canning for winter
Blog Goals for August
- Reach 30,000 blog views for the month
- Publish 10 new posts (3 a week)
- Work on my SEO
- Make new pins for all my blog post and share 1 a day
- Write my sunscreen review post (we love it by the way)
- Find a blog to write a guest post for
- Decided on another round up blog post
I will update these as I go along for the month! I can’t lie I’m so sad that summer is almost over! How is that even possible?
Do you make monthly goals? How do you keep track of them?
Maybe I will make up a bullet journal for my goals! Set a page for monthly goals and then break down pages for weekly goals. I find that I dive in too deep and then I’m overwhelmed so maybe that will have to wait till we are stuck inside while it’s cold.
I really hope I am able to succeed and that write out my monthly goals will make me keep at them. I know that if I am successful I will feel amazing and so happy I pushed myself!
